Born in rural Nova Scotia Heidi Hamilton moved to Toronto in 2000. She graduated from the Ontario College of Art and Design in 2008 where she received her BFA with a masters in photography. This work explores intimate moments with her partner, how they interact and inhabit their personal spaces. She has recently exhibited in the Czech Republic.
