Although trained as a painter, Alex McLeod builds landscapes using 3D rendering software. By employing this approach he can be both sculptor and photographer. Through his virtual installations McLeod plays with ideas of life cycles. Specifically to simulate the idea of recycled matter, and that all things somehow connect through their molecular history.
