Oswald is noted for his early 90’s recording, plunderphonic, which have sold over 100,000 copies worldwide. Oswald was featured on the cover of British magazine, The Wire, and several of his recordings made yearly top 10 lists of Rolling Stone, The New York Times and Spin Magazine. He has since released recordings on Elektra, Avant, ReR Megacorp, Blast First & Swell, featuring transformations of the music and performances of Stravinsky, Metallica, and Dolly Parton. |
