Since graduating from Ryerson University’s School of Image Arts in 2007 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography in Spring 2007, Shipman’s photographs have been published and exhibited throughout Canada, and the US, most recently in Toronto, New York, Los Angeles and Nashville. Her diverse and expanding portfolio includes fine-art work as well as commercial fashion and editorial photography. Shipman grew up in Vancouver, but is currently based in Toronto.
